Demolition of partition walls – dismantling of 2 plasterboard (GK) walls, with the frame of one wall left intact to support the ceiling and allow further assessment of the condition of the ceiling/floor beams.
Removal of all doors and door frames – removal of door leaves and casings.
Dismantling and disposal of bathroom fixtures – removal of bathtub, toilet, and washbasin including fittings, siphons, and drains.
Securing the water installation – temporary capping and marking of cold and hot water pipes.
Opening the floor – removal of floorboards in the installation zone to expose and prepare for future pipe routing.
Dismantling the bathroom ceiling – removal of plasterboard ceiling to check for level differences in the ceiling structure.
Preliminary diagnostics of blocked drain – locating and initial assessment of a clogged sewage pipe.
Attempt to uncover the external drain pipe – trial excavation to locate the building’s sewage connection.
Ceiling removal along external wall – removing a strip of ceiling approx. 0.8 m wide along the external wall to assess the condition of the joists.
Assessment of electrical wiring – uncovering wires and conducting a preliminary evaluation of the electrical system.
Dismantling the old heating boiler – disconnecting and removing the unit.
Removal of wallpaper in the living room – stripping wallpaper from all walls; ceiling left for assessment to determine whether full removal is necessary.
